We sell digital educational products — online courses, video lessons, and downloadable worksheets — that are delivered electronically and accessed immediately after purchase. Because these are digital goods, this policy sets out clearly when refunds are and are not available.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible:
- You must request the refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.
- You must email us from the address used at checkout, with your order ID or payment reference.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. How to request a refund

4. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer and the payment gateway's processing time.
5. Cancellations
Our products are one-time purchases with lifetime access, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you wish to cancel an order before access has been delivered, contact us immediately and we will assist where possible.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where:
- The request is made after the 30-day window has passed.
- There is evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity.
- The content has been downloaded, copied, shared, or distributed in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
7. Pricing errors and duplicate charges
If you are charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us and we will verify and refund the excess amount promptly.
